ARW Strategies was founded by Andrew Weissert, a political strategist, pollster and data consultant.  A boutique political and issue advocacy consulting firm, ARW Strategies specializes in survey research, data science, voter targeting and strategic guidance for clients across the country.

In 2020, Andrew was the pollster for the Judicial Fairness Project, which successfully defeated an incumbent Illinois Supreme Court Justice for the first time ever.  Andrew also built and oversaw the data and voter targeting operation to defeat the most expensive constitutional amendment ballot measure in Illinois history.

Previously, Andrew was the Chief Pollster with We Ask America, polling for members of Congress, state legislators, political action committees, trade associations and corporate clients.

He also oversaw all data, analytics, strategic initiatives and in-house survey research for Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner and his political operation.  This included leading the effort to revamp voter targeting and messaging strategy for the Illinois Republican Party, deploying advanced models of the electorate and hyper-targeting messaging unique to each individual voter. Andrew began his career working for US Senator Mark Kirk.  

Andrew is a graduate of Bucknell University and currently lives in Illinois with his wife and three children.
